Sabreena, a mother of three from Batergam area in north Kashmir's Kupwara district, has become an inspiration for married women by topping the Class 10 biannual exam, the results of which were declared on Tuesday.
Sabreena got 467 marks out of 500, the highest across Kashmir valley with a percentage of 93.4 and A1 grade in four subjects -- Maths, Urdu, Science, and Social Science.
Talking to India Today TV, Sabreena said, "I left studies in 2014 when got married but was curious to continue my education. My husband and mother-in-law pushed me to continue my studies and I restarted my studies last year."
Sabreena said that after marriage, women typically have a lot of responsibilities. But if any married lady gets support from their in-laws, that gives women strength.
