Monsoon updates LIVE: IMD predicts light rainfall in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh; chances of heavy downpour in West Bengal

As per the predictions by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Haryana and Uttar Pradesh are very likely to experience light to moderate rain on Thursday.

Though Delhi has been experiencing low rainfall since Tuesday, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted light to moderate downpour for Haryana and Uttar Pradesh on Thursday. Intense rainfall is also expected to occur at one or two places in Kolkata, Bankura, Purulia, Birbhum and Jhargram districts, stated the official weather report.
