Ministry of Education has warned the job aspirants against the fake websites which are offering job opportunities but are demanding money in return.
On March 7, the Ministry of Education released a statement that warned job aspirants against fake websites providing job opportunities.
"It has come to the notice of the Ministry of Education that, in order to dupe innocent applicants, several websites have been created with names similar to the schemes of the department, like www.sarvashiksha.online, https://samagra.shikshaabhiyan.co.in, https://shikshaabhiyan.org.in," as reported by ANI.
The ministry said that these websites are offering job opportunities to candidates and are misguiding them through the layout of the website, its content, and presentation, which are similar to the original website. These websites are asking for money from the respondents for the applications.
The ministry further added that these are some of the websites which have come to the notice of the department of school education and literacy, and there could be many more such websites/social media accounts promising jobs and demanding money for the recruitment process.
"Any person applying on these websites will be doing so at his own risk & cost and shall be responsible for the consequences thereof," concluded the statement.
