On Thursday, he shared a workout snippet from his forest bathing session. Are you wondering what it means? Forest bathing, which is also called Shinrin Yoku, means absorbing the forest atmosphere or simply spending some time in nature. It is known to help relieve stress.

In his new workout video, he was seen performing pull-ups at a lush green spot. “Back in the jungle! While I am happy with my form, what I am most happy about is the sounds of the birds in these beautiful trees, turn up the volume,” he wrote in the caption.

Dressed in a comfy and casual outfit, Milind used a rod while performing pull-ups amid the scenic environs. “My little own sanctuary,” the text on his clip read.
