Off late, Milind Soman has been trying several variations of bar pull-ups and he also demonstrated it for his fans and followers in a new video on Instagram that he posted over the weekend.
For all those who spend more time procrastinating instead of actually working out, you must take some fitness-inspo from Milind Soman. Age, for Milind, is just a number. He is 56 and works out every single day. Off late, Milind has been trying several variations of bar pull-ups and he also demonstrated it for his fans and followers in a new video on Instagram that he posted over the weekend.
In the video that Milind shared, he exercised shirtless at a picturesque location. For 46 seconds straight, Milind did bar pull-ups, and said in the caption of the post, “Pull up variations on my favourite bar.”

Bar pull-ups is an important part of Milind’s fitness routine. And why not? It strengthens the back muscles as well as the arm and shoulder. Moreover, it helps to improve overall physical and mental health as well.
