The 55-year-old actor took to Instagram to share a fitness video of himself to motivate fans to exercise. Doing 40 push-ups in a minute, Milind wrote that even when he says he has no time to exercise, he can still spare a minute. He urged his fans to do the same. Milind Soman often motivates his fans and followers to exercise by sharing photos and videos from his workout sessions. He did so when he shared pictures from his first 10k run after recovering from Covid-19. On Wednesday, June 16, he shared a shirtless picture of himself, flaunting his fit body and accompanied it with a video doing push-ups for a minute. He also gave his wife Ankita Konwar the photo credit.
