Marked improvement in Kashmir situation after abrogation of Article 370: NIA

While talking about the recent arrest of three persons in Kashmir with links to ISIS, the NIA on Tuesday said that there has been marked improvement in the situation in Kashmir.

National Investigation Agency (NIA) Director General (DG) Kuldiep Singh on Tuesday said that after abrogation of Article 370, there has been marked improvement in situation in Kashmir.

The NIA DG said this while talking about the recent arrest of three persons with links to Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and a rise in number of terror related killings in Kashmir recently. "Suddenly there is a rise number of civilian killings. IEDs and drones are being sent from across the border," Kuldiep Singh said.
