A day after the NIA took over the probe into Mansukh Hiren's death, DIG Shivdeep Lande of Maharashtra ATS now claims that the case has been solved.
Maharashtra ATS on Sunday named 'encounter specialist' Sachin Vaze as the prime accused in the murder of Thane-based businessman Mansukh Hiren. Hiren's body was found in a creek on March 5 days after he was summoned by the police in connection with the Antilia bomb scare case. Now, the Deputy Inspector General of Police (ATS) Shivdeep Lande has claimed that the Mansukh Hiren case has been solved. DIG Lande's statement comes a day after the NIA took over the probe into Hiren's death involving suspended Mumbai Police officer Sachin Vaze. In a Facebook post on Sunday, DIG Shivdeep Lande said, "The riddle of the very sensitive Mansukh Hiren murder has been solved. I heartily salute to all my ATS police force colleagues who worked day and night to solve this case legally."More Related News
