Manish Sisodia inaugurates Delhi Teachers University

Delhi Education Minister, Manish Sisodia, has inaugurated the Delhi Teachers University today.
On Friday, the Deputy Chief Minister, Manish Sisodia, inaugurated the Delhi Teacher's University, that would offer programmes such as BA BEd, BSc BEd and focus on fundamental and applied research in the field of education. The campus is located in Outram Lane in the Mukherjee Nagar area of the national capital.

He further tweeted that the university will offer a new-age integrated education programme after Class 12.

In January, the Delhi Assembly passed a bill to set up a world-class teacher's training university.
