Manipur govt extends night curfew till July 20

In an effort to halt the spread of Covid-19, the Manipur government extended the night curfew in all districts until July 20.

The Manipur government on Friday extended the night curfew from 7 pm to 5 am in all districts across the state till July 20. An order issued by Manipur Chief Secretary Dr Rajesh Kumar, the chairperson of the state executive committee of the State Disaster Management Authority, said, "The Covid-19 situation in the state continues to be of concern and measures are still required to control the spread of the infection."
