Leicester City hit three goals in the second half after conceding four in the first but Manchester City then put the game to bed with two more goals of their own while Arsenal recorded their biggest win under Mikel Arteta.
Manchester City survived a spirited Leicester City fightback to earn a thrilling 6-3 victory on Sunday, a ninth Premier League win in a row moving them six points clear the top of the standings. Arsenal, meanwhile stayed six points ahead of fifth-placed North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur, although they have played three games more than the latter.
Spurs themselves stayed in the hunt by beating Crystal Palace 3-0. They were given a boost when West Ham United lost 3-2 to Southampton. The London club have fallen to sixth 28 points, trailing Spurs and leading Manchester United by a point after played two more matches than both clubs.

Hours after the Tarique Rahman-led BNP government was sworn in, newly appointed state minister for sports, Aminul Haque, said he wanted cases against Awami League-loyalist cricketers, Shakib Al Hasan and Mashrafe Bin Mortaza, resolved so that they could return to cricket. The former Bangladesh captains served as Awami League MPs and face multiple charges.
