Shared by IFS officer Parveen Kaswan, it showed a man pulling a leopard by its tail while a group of men recorded the video.

While one man recorded the entire incident, another clicked pictures. Some other men can also be seen in the background trying to capture the cruelty. The helpless leopard tried to break away from the grip but was unsuccessful.

Parveen Kaswan informed in a separate tweet that he received the video on Whatsapp and the location of it was unknown. He also condemned the act. " The video is from an unknown location and received via WhatsApp.

"This is not the way to handle or treat wildlife friends. They are also living beings. Be careful," he wrote.
