Mohd Ibrahim Khan was a young salesman who worked at a shop owned by Sandeep Mawa, a Kashmiri Pandit businessman related to Makhan Lal Bindroo. Makhan Lal Bindroo, owner of a well-known pharmacy in Srinagar, was shot dead by gunmen early in October this year.
