Mahua Moitra said that she was cut off during her speech. She slammed the Chair for asking her to calm down and to speak with 'pyaar'.
She said the Chair has the right only to correct a member on rules and it is not the duty of the Chair to be the 'moral science teacher' for Lok Sabha.
