On July 21, Maharashtra recorded over 8,000 new Covid-19 cases with the death toll at 165. The updated tally took the active case tally in the state to 94,745. While the Maharashtra Health Minister has maintained that the overall graph of the state has improved, the condition in some districts continues to be a concern. The central team which recently visited Maharashtra has reportedly taken note of the situation in the districts of Sangli, Satara and Kolhapur and asked the state to take strict measures to control the numbers.More Related News
