A man died after he jumped from a skywalk after fleeing from police custody in Bengaluru. He had been detained for allegedly torturing his wife, who died by suicide.
Sakthivelu, a 24-year-old man from Tamil Nadu’s Madurai, died after he jumped from a skywalk in Bengaluru. He fled from police custody and was trying to hide from the police, who had detained him in connection with his wife’s death.
The incident took place near Bengaluru’s KR Puram on Monday. Sakthivelu had been detained on Saturday night after his wife allegedly killed herself.
