Minutes after voting started for the Bhabanipur bypoll on Thursday, BJP candidate for the high voltage election, Priyanka Tibrewal, has alleged that TMC MLA Madan Mitra has deliberately shut down a voting machine at one of the booths.

Priyanka Tibrewal was seen visiting polling booths in the Bhabanipur constituency from where TMC supremo and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is seeking re-election.
