Lucknow woman thrashed by landlord, files complaint against sexual assault

As per reports, the victim revealed that she had a dispute with the accused over payment of electricity bills.

A Lucknow woman on Sunday registered a case with the police alleging that she was sexually assaulted and thrashed by her landlord, his wife, daughter and another tenant in Telibagh locality of PGI police station.

According to a report published in the Times of India (TOI), the victim revealed that she had an ongoing dispute with the accused, Gokaran Pal, over payment of electricity bills. Reportedly, Gokaran Pal is a resident of Gali number 14 in the area.
