In a video that has gone viral online, a man from Lucknow can be seen making chowmein golgappa. The viral clip was posted on Instagram by RJ Rohan and has been viewed more than 44k times.
Golgappa is one of the snacks that is loved by a majority of the population. With a filling of either potato or chickpeas mixed together with tangy and flavourful water, it makes for a mouth-watering dish. But, what if we tell you that someone added chowmein to the beloved snack? Yes, you read that right. A video of a man from Lucknow making chowmein golgappa has gone viral online and no, we are not joking. Golgappa and chowmein lovers just might have to brace themselves as well.
The now-viral video was posted on Instagram by RJ Rohan. In the short video, the man who was being referred to as chef Kandi can be seen adding some spices and sweet chutney to a plate of golgappas already stuffed with potatoes. Next, he topped the golgappas with chowmein and poured some sweet chutney over it again. He then added yoghurt, tutti-fruity, coriander and grated coconut. Before serving, he added a red and green chutney to the plate.
