Lava announces customer service initiative for its Agni 5G smartphone users in India

To assure the buyers of its newly launched smartphone Lava Agni 5G of quality customer support, Lava has announced a new initiative wherein the company will provide a dedicated manager as well as doorstep delivery to such users, in case of any problems arise with the device.
Indian smartphone brand, Lava International Limited has announced a new customer service initiative especially for the buyers of the Agni 5G smartphone. The service has been termed Lava Agni Mitra and is being claimed to be the first-of-its-kind service experience in the country.
Under the new initiative, Lava promises a dedicated service manager for Agni 5G smartphone users, in case they face any issue with their smartphone. In addition to this, the company also promises to provide doorstep services to Agni users, wherein, Lava service representatives will collect the phone from registered customer addresses and deliver the product back to them after the requisite service.
