Kichcha Sudeep marks 30 years in cinema, promises to work even harder

Kannada star Kichcha Sudeep marked 30 years in the industry with a heartfelt message expressing thanks to fans, collaborators, and the Kannada film fraternity for their support and inspiration throughout his career.

Kannada actor Kichcha Sudeep celebrated his 30th year in the film industry with a message of gratitude and reflection for his fans and colleagues. Marking three decades since his debut, Sudeep acknowledged the journey of challenges and triumphs that have shaped his career in Sandalwood. He used the occasion to highlight the collective efforts behind his achievements, emphasising humility and hard work as enduring lessons from his cinematic journey.

The actor addressed his fans in a message that read, "Standing here after three decades in this crazy, beautiful film world, my heart is just full. From a boy with dreams, doubts and wild hope to whatever this has become — it’s bigger than I ever imagined because of YOU (sic)."

For fans, he wrote, "you’re my strength, my fuel, my reason to keep showing up (sic)." For directors, he thanked them for trusting him with their vision. "thank you for trusting me with your stories, for pushing, challenging and believing I could do more (sic)."

"Producers — your courage and faith made dreams happen. Co-actors & every single technician — cinema is pure teamwork: from the light boys to the cameramen, art teams to costume, spot boys to editors — your unseen sweat is everything. To television & media — you amplified my voice, questioned me, celebrated me and helped me grow (sic)," he added.

Towards the end, he thanked the Kannada industry for giving him the identity he wears like a badge of honour. "You gave me identity, pride and home; I carry Kannada cinema in my heart always. And to my family & friends — you kept me real, grounded and human through it all. If 30 years taught me one thing, it’s humility: every success is borrowed. I promise to keep working harder, to honour the craft and to give back everything cinema has given me. With folded hands and a grateful heart — thank you, from the bottom of me (sic)," his noted added.

Sudeep first graced the big screen with the film Thayavva.
