Kia India, earlier known as Kia Motors India, today announced that it has become the fastest carmaker in the country to achieve the sales milestone of 2.50 lakh units since commencing its sales operations in August 2019. The announcement was made at the company's virtual brand relaunch event, which also witnessed the introduction of the new Kia logo and fresh brand slogan -- Movement That Inspires. Besides, the event saw the company's corporate name being changed from 'Kia Motors India' to 'Kia India'. That India is the first country after South Korea where Kia's brand relaunch has taken place shows the utmost importance India holds in the company's grand scheme of things.
