KGF Chapter 2 box office collection Day 38: Yash's film remains unstoppable, earns Rs 1217 crore

Yash's film KGF: Chapter 2 minted Rs 1217.11 crore worldwide in 38 days. The Prashanth Neel directorial has been a huge hit at the box office.

Yash-starrer KGF: Chapter 2 has broken several records at the box office and it still continues to do so. The film, which released on May 12, has impressed the audience greatly. According to trade reports, Yash's KGF 2 has minted Rs 1217 crore worldwide in 38 days! The action thriller is directed by filmmaker Prashanth Neel.

Yash's KGF: Chapter 2 released in theatres on April 14 and is still doing great business at the box office. The film clashed at the box office with Thalapathy Vijay's Beast, Rajamouli's RRR, among several other Bollywood releases. Trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan took to Twitter to announce that KGF: Chapter 2 has grossed Rs 1217.11 crore at the box office worldwide. He wrote, "#KGFChapter2 WW Box Office Week 1 to 5 - 1210.53 cr Week 6 Day 1 - 3.10 cr Day 2 - 3.48 cr Total - 1217.11 cr UNSTOPPABLE (sic)."

KGF: Chapter 2 is written and directed by Prashanth Neel. The film is produced on a massive scale by Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films. The film starred Yash, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon and Srinidhi Shetty in lead roles. Composer Ravi Basrur, cinematographer Bhuvan Gowda and editor Ujwal Kulkarni are part of the technical crew.
