KGF Chapter 2 box office collection Day 36: Yash's film maintains pace

Yash's KGF: Chapter 2 minted Rs 1210.53 crore worldwide in 36 days. The film, directed by Prashanth Neel, is maintaining a steady pace at the box office.

Rocking Star Yash is now one of the most celebrated actors in the industry, thanks to the phenomenal success of KGF: Chapter 2. The film has shattered multiple records in the past one month and still continues to do so. According to trade reports, Yash's KGF 2 minted Rs 1210 crore worldwide. The action thriller is directed by filmmaker Prashanth Neel.

Yash's KGF: Chapter 2 was released in theatres on April 14 and is still doing great business at the box office. The film clashed at the box office with Thalapathy Vijay's Beast, Rajamouli's RRR, among several other Bollywood releases.

Trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan took to Twitter to announce that KGF: Chapter 2 has grossed Rs 1210 crore at the box office worldwide. He wrote, "#KGFChapter2 WW Box Office Week 1 - Rs 720.31 cr. Week 2 - Rs 223.51 cr. Week 3 - Rs 140.55 cr. Week 4 - Rs 91.26 cr. Week 5 Day 1 - Rs 5.20 cr. Day 2 - Rs 4.34 cr. Day 3 - Rs 6.07 cr. Day 4 - Rs 9.52 cr. Day 5 - Rs 3.61 cr. Day 6 - Rs 3.14 cr. Day 7 - Rs 3.02 cr. Total - Rs 1210.53 cr (sic)."

KGF: Chapter 2 is written and directed by Prashanth Neel. The film is produced on a massive scale by Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films. The film starred Yash, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon and Srinidhi Shetty in lead roles. Composer Ravi Basrur, cinematographer Bhuvan Gowda and editor Ujwal Kulkarni are part of the technical crew.
