Kerala Police registers case against absconding YouTuber for trespassing, filming inside reserve forest

Kerala Police and the forest department have registered a case against YouTuber Amala Anu for trespassing inside the Mambazhathara reserve forest. She is currently absconding and officials, with the help of cyber police, traced her to Ernakulam.
Kerala Police has registered a case against a YouTuber, identified as Amala Anu, for shooting videos inside a reserve forest. She has been missing since the case was registered and did not appear for questioning.
The YouTuber uploaded the video on her channel, titled Amala Anu's Vlog. In the video, she can be seen running away and hiding from an elephant and even trying to scare it.
The vlogger has been charged with offences such as trespassing into the forest and trying to scare wild elephants. She entered Mambazhathara reserve forest in Kollam and shot videos using a helicam.
The Kerala forest department has registered a case against Amala under non-bailable sections.
Forest officials, with help from the cyber police, discovered that she was hiding in Ernakulam. She has been missing since the case was registered and failed to appear before police for questioning.
