Kerala High Court orders removal of SNDP Yogam leaders for failing to file audited accounts, appointing new Board of Directors.
The Kerala High Court on Thursday ordered the removal of Vellappally Natesan, general secretary of SNDP Yogam, and the other office-bearers from their posts in the organisation.
This followed findings by the Department of Registration that they had acted in violation of the Companies Law by failing to file audited accounts of the yogam for three consecutive years from 2023.
The court has further directed the appointment of a new Board of Directors in the yogam.
The order comes in the wake of SNDP Yogam Samrakshana Samithi filing a petition before the court, alleging non-submission of financial statements of the organisation.

The escalating crisis in West Asia has raised fresh concerns over India’s energy security as the country imports nearly 90% of its oil. With the Strait of Hormuz remaining a critical supply route, disruptions could have major economic consequences. The situation has also sparked debate over India’s long-term oil policy, reliance on Russian supplies and the government’s crisis communication strategy.
