
Kerala govt postponed university exams amid spike in Covid-19 cases

Kerala university exams have been postponed by the government after the surge in Covid-19 cases across the state in the past few weeks.
All the exams which were scheduled to be conducted by universities in Kerala have been postponed by the state government, after the intervention of Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan, in view of the sudden rise in the number of Covid-19 cases across the state. PJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Kerala University, Calicut University, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kochi, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), Kerala University of Health Sciences, Malayalam University and Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University are some of the universities that have postponed their exams. Many students and parents had been pushing for the postponement of the end-term exams in Kerala universities due to the prevailing conditions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Students felt that the exams should either be postponed or be conducted online.More Related News
