Keerthy Suresh, who was last seen in the Nithiin-starrer Rang De, shared a glimpse of her morning yoga routine with her fans on Wednesday (June 2). The Mahanati actress can be seen doing Vriksasana (tree pose) and Natarajasana (dancer pose) in the pictures with the rising sun in the background. During these challenging times when the country is grappling with the second wave of the novel coronavirus, Keerthy feels that yoga can help to keep the tension away to a certain extent. On Wednesday, Keerthy Suresh took to Instagram to share her morning yoga routine with her fans. Having felt a change in her state of mind after practising yoga, the Miss India actress urged everyone to practise yoga asanas to keep tensions at bay. Dressed in black capri leggings and pink tank top, Keerthy can be seen doing the Vriksasana and Natarajasana. Sharing the pictures, she wrote, “Some yoga in the day keeps the tensions away #YogaDays #YogaWithK (sic).”
