Kartik Aaryan visits Varanasi ghats post Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 success, shares glimpse

Kartik Aaryan, along with Bhushan Kumar, recently visited the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Banaras. The actor had reportedly kept a ‘mannat’ at the temple for the success of his film, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.

Kartik Aaryan is currently riding high on the success of his recently released film, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. The horror-comedy flick, directed by Anees Bazmee, hit the big screens on May 20. The film saw Kartik stepping into the shoes of Ruhaan Randhawa aka Rooh Baba, who is forced to don the role of a fake tantric. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 proves to be a hit already, and Kartik is absolutely elated. Reportedly, the actor had kept a ‘mannat’ at Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Banaras, for the success of his film. He has fulfilled it now as he shared some glimpses from the Varanasi ghats.

Kartik Aaryan's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is doing great business at the box office. Now that it has been a hit, Kartik Aaryan is back on the Varanasi ghats to keep his vow. He visited the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Banaras, and shared some pictures and videos from his visit on his Instagram account. He clicked a selfie in a white crimson kurta. The actor also shared a video near the banks of the temple. He wrote in the caption "Blessed (sic)." Meanwhile, Kartik was photographed on the sacred ghats too as he enjoyed the evening aarti.

Directed by Anees Bazmee, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 features Kartik Aaryan, Tabu, Kiara Advani and Rajpal Yadav in key roles. The film has been co-produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Murad Khetani and Anjum Khetani. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 released in cinemas on May 20, 2022. The storyline follows Ruhan, a fraud psychic who is brought in to deal with the return of Manjulika in the Thakur palace. However, he unintentionally aggravates problems. The first part of the film featured Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan in key roles and was a huge hit. Initially set for July 31, 2020, release, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 was delayed owing to the Covid-19 pandemic.
