
JNU admissions to begin from April, online classes to continue: Vice-Chancellor

JNU will be continuing with online classes for the time being and the admission for the new session will be open from April, said the university vice-chancellor.
Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) will be conducting online classes for the students in the current even semester in view of the Covid-19 surge across the national capital, said university Vice-Chancellor M Jagadesh Kumar. Apart from talking about the conduction of classes, he also said that the admissions for the academic year 2021-22 will commence in the university from April this year. Along with other JNU officials, the vice-chancellor addressed students through Facebook Live on April 12, 2021. It has been confirmed that all the classes and academic activities of this semester will continue in online mode in Jawaharlal Nehru University due to the current Covid-19 situation. The university will make sure that the teaching-learning process goes on.
