Not just mobile recharges, you can also lodge a complaint on this Jio WhatsApp number.
If you are a Jio user, getting a new SIM card or recharging your mobile or broadband connection is going to be a lot easier. Jio has launched a WhatsApp number that you can chat with to make recharges, request for port-in MNP, customer support for Jio Fiber and international roaming among other mobile or broadband connection related queries. Not just mobility and broadband, Jio is also extending support for JioMart services through its WhatsApp number. Jio users can send “Hi” to 7000770007 on WhatsApp to start using chat-based services. Jio said that a customer executive will reply to users, instead of a bot, which means users can make a variety of queries and not just the predefined ones. In addition to queries and support, the online executive will also receive complaints, so if something is not right with your Jio mobile connection, broadband connection, or a JioMart order, you can lodge a complaint without needing to speak with the executive on the phone. Recharging your mobile number or Jio Fiber broadband number is going to be quite easy. You just have to share the number you want to recharge and the tariff plan. If you are unsure about what tariff plan is right for you, you can even ask the executive on WhatsApp to send details according to your connection type, i.e., prepaid, postpaid, or broadband. For payment, the poster that Reliance Jio has shared shows a horde of options, such as JioPay, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay, among others. Users can talk to the Jio executive in English and Hindi for now, but support for more regional languages may arrive later.More Related News
