The JEE Main 2022 examination for the first shift was held today, June 25, 2022. According to experts, the exam was easy to moderate in terms of the level of difficulty. As per the JEE Main 2022 first shift expert analysis, Physics was the easiest of the lot whereas Mathematics was of moderate level with slightly lengthy calculations involved. At the same time, Chemistry was observed to be of easy to moderate levels.
Experts further found the exam to be a balanced paper that can be solved in time, while Mathematics was most difficult, followed by Chemistry and Physics.

The paper was by and large based on NCERT books. About 5 of the numerical-based questions were from Physical Chemistry and the remaining from inorganic and inorganic Chemistry.

Questions from environmental Chemistry, coordination compounds,p block, equilibrium, and thermodynamics were asked.
