India’s Deputy Permanent Representative to the U.N. Ambassador K. Nagaraj Naidu said on Feb. 26 at the U.N. Security Council meeting on ‘The situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian question’ that New Delhi reaffirms its support to the Palestinian cause and the establishment of a sovereign, viable and independent State of Palestine living side by side in peace and security with Israel.
