Isolated in LJP, Chiras Paswan sees offer from Congress, RJD

The LJP on Monday witnessed a massive setback after five out of its six MPs in the lower house of Parliament revolted against party chief Chirag Paswan. Following that, Congress and RJD have offered Chirag to join their parties.
Amidst a rebellion of the LJP leadership against Chirag Paswan, the Congress and RJD have offered him to join their respective parties to strengthen the opposition in Bihar. Five of the LJP's six MPs met Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Sunday and submitted to him a written request to remove Chirag and appoint Pashupati Paras as the party's floor leader. Congress MLA Prem Chand Singh said that if Chirag joins them, the opposition in Bihar will be strengthened. On the other hand, RJD legislator Bhai Birendra has said that the time is ripe for the two youth leaders of Bihar, Tejaswi Yadav and Chirag, to come together.More Related News
