Kartik Aaryan, who is currently busy shooting for director Rohit Dhawan's film Shehzada, was spotted looking for new properties. The actor has been searching for a new house in Mumbai for some time. Now, IndiaToday.in has got an exclusive scoop on the same.

Last evening (January 27), Kartik Aaryan was seen visiting a residential area with his family as he has decided to buy a new apartment in Mumbai. Speaking to IndiaToday.in, a source close to the actor revealed, "Kartik has been actively looking to buy a new house. The actor, along with his mom and dad, visited a construction site in Juhu near Pink Wasabi. With his busy schedule, he is keen to move into a big house." Currently, the Dhamaka actor stays in a rented apartment in Mumbai with his family.

Recently, a controversy involving Kartik Aaryan made headlines as producer Manish Shah said that the actor threatened to walk out of Shehzada if the Hindi version of Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo was released in theatres. In the aftermath, Shehzada makers backed Kartik and called him a professional actor.Besides Shehzada, Kartik has Captain India, Bhool Bhulayiaa 2 and Freddy in the pipeline.
