Shah Rukh Khan is all set to make his big comeback to films with Pathaan. Today, March 2, the Badshah of Bollywood shared the teaser of Pathaan on his Twitter handle. While fans got to see John Abraham and Deepika Padukone in the teaser, the makers kept SRK's look as a secret. However, Shah Rukh Khan stole the thunder with his voiceover in the teaser. A source close to the film spilled beans about the behind-the-scenes story of Pathaan's teaser. "The makers had initially planned two teasers of Pathaan. One teaser featured Shah Rukh Khan. However, the makers wanted to keep his look a secret. Since Shah Rukh Khan and director Siddharth Anand liked the second teaser more, they chose to go ahead with it. Interestingly, SRK also sat for the edit of the film's teaser, whereas Siddharth himself cut and edited Pathaan's teaser," the source told IndiaToday.in.
The source further mentioned that the teaser of Pathaan was shot in a span of just 2 days. In fact, SRK's dialogue 'usne apne desh ko hi apna dharam maan liya aur desh ki raksha ko hi apna karam' was the first thing that came to the makers' mind for the film's teaser. On the other hand, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham shot their portions for the teaser separately.
While sharing the teaser with his fans and followers, Shah Rukh Khan also revealed the release date of Pathaan. The highly anticipated film will hit the big screens on January 25, 2023. "I know it’s late But remember the date Pathaan time starts now See you in cinemas on 25th January, 2023. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Celebrate #Pathaan with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you (sic)," SRK wrote on Twitter.
