Indian Idol 12 semi-finale sees no elimination. Top 6 contestants to compete for trophy

The semi-finale of Indian Idol 12 took place this weekend. None of the top six contestants were eliminated in the episode, hence they will be competing for the trophy at the grand premiere on August 15.

The semi-finale of Indian Idol 12 took place this weekend with Karan Johar as a special guest. The competition was between six contestants - Pawandeep Rajan, Arunita Kanjilal, Shanmukhapriya, Nihal Taura, Md Danish and Sayli Kamble, who gave some fantastic performances. However, contrary to what was expected, the semi-finale didn't see any elimination taking place. Hence, all the six contestants of the singing reality show will be competing in the grand finale.
