India vs South Africa: India women vice-captain Smriti Mandhana, who will lead the team in the series opener in the absence of injured Harmanpreet Kaur, said India will have to put behind the disappointment of the ODI series defeat and focus on the T20Is.
India will be without their captain Harmanpreet Kaur for the opening match of the 3-match T20I series against South Africa due to an injury, vice-captain Smriti Mandhana confirmed. Smriti will lead the side in the series opener in Lucknow on Saturday. Harmanpreet suffered a hip-flexor injury while batting in the fifth ODI against South Africa on Wednesday. "She (Harmanpreet) is out of tomorrow's match and rest of the update on her condition will be given by the medical team," Mandhana said.More Related News
