India reported 7,447 new Covid-19 cases and 391 deaths due to infection in the last 24 hours. Meanwhile, India's active caseload stands at 86,415 even as the number of active cases declined by 830 in the last 24 hours.
India registered 7,447 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, 6.6 per cent lower than the tally released on Thursday. With these fresh cases, the overall coronavirus tally in the country has mounted to 3,47,26,049.
Meanwhile, 391 people succumbed to Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, pushing the nation's toll due to the infection to 4,76,869, according to the data released by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare early Friday.
