Confusion over inclusion of ‘non-focus area’
Students and teachers in aided and government schools are concerned over the drastic changes in the question paper pattern for SSLC and Plus Two exams.
Since last year, students were told to study only from the ‘focus area’, which are selected portions from the syllabus, as regular classes had not been held owing to the pandemic. As questions were prepared only from the selected portions, those who studied them well were able to score high marks. The same system was expected to continue this year as well.

The highlight of every edition of the Whitefield Art Collective is the Kala Car, an exhibit that showcases the creative and artistic prowess of art students. Over the years, this clever play on words has titled vehicles that have either been rescued from the scrap yard or sponsored or auctioned or all of the above.
