
Hyundai inaugurates new corporate headquarters in Gurugram

The new Hyundai India HQ is a 10-storey complex spread across 28,000 square metres.
Hyundai Motor India (HMI) inaugurated its new corporate headquarters in Gurgaon on July 27, 2021, which is a new 10-storey headquarters spread across 28,000 square metres. Work first commenced in February 2018, and till date has seen an investment of over Rs 1,000 crore. The previous HQ in Jasola, New Delhi will be retained as a regional office. A brand new experience centre is said to be constructed adjacent to the new building by 2023. The carmaker had moved to this bigger office earlier in April this year. The new HQ is located alongside the Gurgaon-Jaipur highway (NH-8), adjacent to DLF's World Tech Park. Hyundai India says the mega office is a green complex with open spaces, a massive vertical garden at the atrium, and 14 EV chargers installed in the parking lot. The building is earthquake five-zone compliant, and also harmonises various aspects of nature, technology, innovation and collaboration.
