Hyderabad was drowned in a sea of pink with flags, banners, posters, flexes, and huge cutouts of Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao across roads as TRS celebrated 20 years of its formation on Monday.
Hyderabad was drowned in a sea of pink as several roads across the city were dotted with flags (pink coloured) of the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS), hoardings, banners and cutouts of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao as the party on Monday celebrated 20 years of its existence in politics.
The TRS' plenary was held at HITEX exhibition centre. The plenary is generally held on April 27 every year to mark the party's inception, but due to the polls in 2019 and the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, it could not be held. The last plenary was held in 2018.
