How a chance meeting with Salman Khan on Dabangg set won Sangay his Radhe role

Sangay Tsheltrim, who made his debut with Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, first met Salman Khan on the sets on Dabangg. The former Bhutanese army officer recently revealed how that chance meeting won him a role in Radhe.

Sangay Tsheltrim, who played the role of Lota in Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, recently opened up about bagging a role in the film. The former Bhutanese Army Officer’s Bollywood dreams came true after a chance encounter with Salman Khan on Dabangg sets years ago. In his debut film Radhe, Sangay played one of Rana’s (Randeep Hooda) henchmen. It was in 2013 that Sangay Tsheltrim took a voluntary retirement from the military to represent Bhutan in fitness competitions internationally. He is also a bodybuilder and real-estate businessman and owns a gym in his hometown. Sangay came to Mumbai for a digital project with filmmaker Haider Khan. In a turn of events, he took the aspiring actor to meet Salman Khan.
