A young man performed dangerous stunts on a busy Himachal highway, risking multiple lives, which raised serious concerns about road safety and reckless driving for social media attention.
In a reckless bid to create viral content for social media, a young man risked multiple lives by performing dangerous stunts on a busy four-lane highway in Himachal Pradesh. The incident occurred at Harabag under the Sundernagar sub-division on the Kiratpur-Manali four-lane highway and received critcism online.
A video showing the driver of an Alto car speeding and performing risky manoeuvres in the middle of moving traffic has gone viral across social media platforms. In the clip, another individual can be seen recording the stunt, while nearby vehicles struggle to avoid a collision.
At one point, a jeep driver is visibly forced to swerve to prevent an accident.

The stunt, carried out on a public road, was a blatant violation of traffic norms and posed a serious threat not only to the driver but also to other commuters. The footage, reportedly recorded by an unknown bystander, quickly caught the attention of authorities after gaining traction online.
Following the video’s circulation, the Sundernagar police station launched an immediate investigation. Based on the viral clip, a challan of Rs 18,500 was issued against the vehicle under multiple sections of the Motor Vehicles Act.
