Heard ED is going to arrest our minister, not scared as we haven't done anything wrong: AAP's Kejriwal

On Sunday, Aam Aadmi Party's national convener Arvind Kejriwal claimed that the Enforcement Directorate plans to arrest party leader Satyendar Jain soon, according to his sources. "We aren't afraid because we haven't done anything wrong," he said.

In a video posted on Twitter on Sunday afternoon, Aam Aadmi Party's national convener Arvind Kejriwal said that he has learnt through his sources that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) plans to arrest AAP leader and Delhi health minister Satyendar Jain in the next few days.

"Satyendar Jain has been raided twice before by central agencies and the Centre found nothing. They didn't get anything out of these raids. We welcome them. They can arrest us, raid us; we are not scared because we have done nothing wrong," Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said in the video.

Modi govt is planning to arrest our Minister @SatyendarJain right before Punjab electionsWe welcome them, they can send ED, CBI etc & arrest anyone they want, including meWe're not afraid as we haven't done anything wrong!-CM @ArvindKejriwal pic.twitter.com/wcPp1ZPE4b

He went on to allege that the Narendra Modi-led central government has a penchant for unleashing central agencies ahead of elections, especially those that they seem to be losing.

"Ahead of the Punjab election, we can expect raids and arrests. We are prepared for this. If the central government wants, it can unleash other central agencies apart from the ED like the CBI, Income Tax department, etc. They can arrest anyone they want, including me. We are not scared," Arvind Kejriwal said.

The AAP leader also attacked Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi over the issue and said, "We will not cry like CM Channi. He reacted that way and got scared because he actually did wrong things. We haven't."
