HC issues contempt notice to oxygen manufacturer Inox over non-supply to Delhi

The Delhi HC has issued a contemp notice to oxygen manufacturer Inox over non-supply to Delhi.

Amid a crisis of oxygen availability in Delhi hospitals, the Delhi High Court has issued a notice of contempt to oxygen manufacturer Inox over non-supply to Delhi. The court said the notice has been issued as the company had not responded to the Court's queries raised on Monday. "Notice had been issued to Inox yesterday to file a reply. Since no reply has been filed, now contempt notice has been issued," said the bench of Justices Vipin Sanghi and Rekha Palli on Tuesday.
