Hand over Kashmir to Biharis for 15 days: Jitan Ram Manjhi on targeted killings in Valley

Reacting to the targeted killing of non-locals by terrorists in Kashmir, former Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi has said the Centre should hand over Kashmir to Biharis for 15 days.

The Centre should provide security to the people of Bihar living in Kashmir and if it cannot, then it should hand over the region's security to Biharis for 15 days, former Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi has said.

Speaking to India Today, the Hindustani Awam Morcha leader said the central government needs to take strict actions to ensure the safety of non-locals in the Kashmir Valley, which has seen repeated terror attacks on civilians in the last two weeks.
