
Gujarat schools to continue online classes till Feb 5

The state government has decided that online teaching for the students of classes 1 to 9 will continue till February 5, 2022.
On Monday, the Gujarat government announced that online teaching for the students of classes 1 to 9 will continue till February 5, amid the current Covid-19 situation. The decision was taken by the State Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel in a meeting of the core committee held in Gandhinagar.
The state government said that the decision to continue online classes was taken in the larger interest of the students.
Fresh decision regarding the schools reopening will be taken on February 5.
With a sudden rise in the Covid-19 cases, the Gujarat government closed its schools for physical classes from January 7 till January 31, 2022.
