GT vs CSK: Ravindra Jadeja, Dwayne Bravo furious with Shivam Dube during tense match. Here's what happened

Chennai Super Kings lost a tense match against Gujarat Titans on Sunday, leaving them tottering at the ninth position in the league table.

Chennai Super Kings' captain Ravindra Jadeja was left furious with his teammate Shivam Dube, late in the second innings of the game against Gujarat Titans on Sunday evening, 17 April.

Defending a first innings total of 169, things went a little haywire for CSK in the Indian Premier League, late in the day, as South African David Miller chose to bring his best out against the Jadeja-led team. His tremendous attack led to CSK losing control of the game in the middle overs as Miller and stand-in captain Rashid Khan rained sixes at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune.

As Miller took control, CSK were presented with a half chance very late in the day as a miscued shot from David Miller lobbed up to mid wicket where Dube was standing. It seemed like Dube was caught by the flood lights on the opposite side and failed to judge the flight of the ball. He ended up not attacking the ball and strolled up to it to catch it on the bounce. This left his captain furious on the other side and prompted him to take his cap off and throw it on the ground. Jadeja, however, showed restraint and pulled back at the last second.

Caribbean Dwayne Bravo, who was bowling the 17th over, was also left frustrated and threw a gesture of disappointment at the Indian player.

At that point, GT still needed 49 off the last 21 balls, but the heroics of Rashid Khan and David Miller won them the game with one ball to spare.
