Gherao houses of Punjab Congress MLAs: SKM to farmers after delay paddy purchase by govt

The Samyukt Kisan Morcha has appealed the farmers of Punjab to stage protest outside the houses of Congress MLAs in the state till the government starts paddy purchase.

The Samyukt Kisan Morcha, the umbrella body of over 40 farmer unions that is spearheading the agitation for the scrapping of the central agri laws, has appealed the farmers of Punjab to stage protest outside the houses of Congress MLAs in the state from Saturday.

SKM leader Balbir Singh Rajjewal asked the farmers to start protest from 10 am on Saturday till the government starts paddy purchase.
